Good Karma Construction Corp. "Green Living Homes Builder" is a family-owned business.  The owner worked his way up in the Chicago area construction trades from, manager, and subcontractor to, finally, general contractor.  Good Karma Construction Corp. is fully insured and has a class A  # GC052382A General Contractor license from the City of Chicago Il and General Contractor license from the City of Morton Grove Il and Good Karma Construction Corp. is Minority Business Enterprises MBE {Vendor # 50801021 City of Chicago Il}. Specialty Green Living Homes Builder. The LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) We are member of Building Trades Association, The Morton Grove Chamber of Commerce and BBB. Currently, we complete seven to eight major residential and commercial construction projects per year.

We employ a total of about 250-300 people, including associates, employees and subcontractors.

Our Associates: Engineers, architects, and managers are highly qualified individuals with 10-15 years experience in residential and commercial construction.  We utilize a network of very reliable and highly skilled subcontractors each with 20-30 years experience.

WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT

Good Karma Construction will always provide you with prompt and courteous service.

We will listen very carefully to precisely understand your building needs and budget, time or other constraints. Computer generated designs will be used to help shape your ideas into concrete solutions, whenever appropriate.

We will apply our expertise and experience to offer suggestions to meet or exceed your goals to achieve the finest project design at the lowest possible cost.

After finalizing your plan, we will provide a complete written estimate and consult with you through the project to fully answer any questions and concerns you may have.  We also offer free services to match owners with lenders to obtain construction loans, if needed.

We will provide you with a detailed timeline identifying start and finish dates for the project.

Material and labor costs for the project will be fully documented.

Finally, we are always sensitive to the fact that construction and remodeling jobs can be time-consuming and disruptive to normal business and personal schedules. We will do everything in our power to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted progress of the project.

Note:

The general contractor will personally supervise the field job sites to make sure that job is completed to specifications on time and within the budget limit.
