We plan, build, and consult on green building projects from rehab to
totally new construction in the Greater Chicagoland area. Currently, we are
building a new four-story mixed use building with commercial space and
eight residential units on the upper floors. This is not a demonstration
project with exotic features. Instead, it includes standard green building
features, such as high-efficiency mechanical equipment and recycled content
materials. It also has a green roof at multiple levels. The City of Chicago
has officially designated our project as a green building with LEED score
of 361 points which is same as 3 stars earned.

Construction of the green condo project located at 2625 W
North Avenue will be completed by summer 2008.
